Q: What is the difference between monthly & pre-paid?

A: A Monthly subscription you will pay per month as you go & you will save 25% on your first order then 5% on additional orders. Pre-Paid is a quarterly option where you pay for 3 months at a time & you will save 35% on your first order then 10% on additional orders.

Q: How does the pre-paid plan work?

A: At checkout you will select "pre-paid" and save 35% on your 1st order of 3 months at a time. On your next quarter, you'll save 10%. We will automatically ship you a new exclusive candle each month for 3 months before you need to renew.

Q: Can a VIP Candle Club order be exchanged or returned?

A: VIP Candle Club sales are final unless the candle is defective and/or damaged in shipping.

Q: Can I order a VIP Candle as a gift?

A: ABSOLUTELY! You can choose the pre-paid quarterly program and have one or more sent to a friend. Add a gift message at checkout for them to receive with their first box or send us an email. Maybe you want to buy a subscription for a gift? Great idea! At checkout, leave us a note and add the recipient's info for the shipping info and we'll get it to the right place!

Q: Can I cancel my subscription?

A: Yes! You can cancel at anytime. If you'd rather, you can pause or skip as well! Just let us know by the 15th of the month you wish to cancel/skip and we will get you taken care of.

Q: What does shipping look like?

A: VIP Candle Club orders will be shipped 5 days before the beginning of each month. All orders will be shipped out by the 28th of every month. Every order includes FREE Express Shipping!
